General

§ 1. General

Participation in the competition on the Facebook and Instagram page: "Apres Allstars" (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer") is only possible if these conditions of participation are taken into account. The competition is not supported by Facebook and is not connected to Facebook.

§ 2 Prerequisites for Participation

All natural and legal persons with a minimum age of 18 can participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are from the

By participating, the participant agrees that his/her name and/or picture will be published on the internet if he/she wins. The prize will be awarded as advertised in the sweepstakes. A change or cash payment of the price is excluded. The winner will be notified by us via Facebook or as described in the competition. If the winner does not report within the period that we set for the notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the

The organizer grants the largest possible prize within the scope of the competition

data protection standard and observes all relevant legal provisions in this regard. The organizer will not pass on any personal data to third parties


or sell address data. The organizer stores the personal data of the respective participants exclusively for the purpose of the competition. The participant hereby expressly declares his/her consent to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the above-mentioned purpose.

§ 6 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation be ineffective or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions are replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.

Jurisdiction, Selection Process/Contact

§ 7 Place of Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

In the event of disputes, German law applies exclusively. As far as legally permissible, the seat of the organizer is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves to a foreign country after participation, the seat of the organizer is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
